No notifications for Reminders (iphone 14 pro max)

Is anyone out there not receiving notifications for reminders?

I dont get any notifications for reminders.

Ive restored 2x (DFU) and deleted and re-added the app in multiple different orders.

I also dont get the prompt to allow notifications when I open the app for the first time (after restore or re-install) and the app doesnt register in the notifications tab under settings.

Anyone else having issues?

Same issue but with solution. Just create a new reminder and set it to notify you at any time. The app will ask you for permissions to notify you

This worked! You are awesome!

I had been creating my reminders only with Siri. Once I tried creating one manually in the Reminders app, it asked me for notification permission.

Podcasts is also gone from the Notification settings. I don’t understand how Apple botched this so badly.
