No notifications for some apps

Since installing iOS 16 quite a few apps have stopped sending me notifications.

WhatsApp is the main one. I open it and I'm presented with a bunch of messages I wasn't notified about.

I'm not sure how to tell which apps are affected. I still get notifications for various things but apps that I know always sends me at least 1 notification daily, have stopped. Once I know the fix, I can sort those, but I have no idea how many apps are affected.

I've checked and notifications is turned on for WhatsApp so I dont know what's up in that case. P.s. focus modes look like they are off too.

I’m having an issue with Apple’s TV app. Others seem to be working so far.

For me that’s one of the ones that is working still.

So bizarre.
