No notifications on iPhone 6?

My fine has been very quiet since getting it from TMobile last week. No notifications. Is this normal? I used to get notifications all the time on my Galaxy S4. Thanks.

Do you have apps set up with notifications enabled? Do you have new items to be notified about? Are you sure you are not in Do Not Disturbed mode?

Not acquainted with the iPhone. Long time Samsung user. Had a getting to know you session with the iPhone, and allowed notifications as you suggested. The phone and I are both on the same page right now. Thanks again.
