no notifications showing for new mails received in favorited folders

Notifications for new mail do not show on the Cover Sheet/ History/ Notification centre when the mail is received in a folder configured as favorite.
However, notifications appear when the mail is received in Inbox.
This error is occurring since iOS 11 Beta 2 (15A5304i) and is also occurring in iOS 11 Beta 3 (15A5318g).
