No On/Off Button for Extensions in Safari 8.0

Hello,

I turned off Extensions in Safari when I was running 10.9, and now am running 10.10.1.

I am now running Sarai 8.0, and want to turn the Extensions back on. When I go to Safari/Preferences/Extensions, I do not have the On/Off switch.

Any suggestions welcome!

I have the same slider as in Mavericks, are you sure you have any compatible extensions? Perhaps try installing a fresh extension?

I tried installing a new extension from Apple's Extension page, but it says that I have to turn the extensions on first.
