No Option for Find my iPhone

I can't get find my iphone to work ... when i went into mails,calenders,accounts ... there is no find my iphone option that i can turn on .. just mail,calender,notes,archive messages which are all on ...

running version - 4.3.3(8J2) on iphone 4.

please help

Go to the Mail, Contacts, Calendar settings and tap Add Account... Select MobileMe and enter your Apple ID. Its in there.
