No option to change folder colour in dropdown menu?

I have just installed Tahoe on my M4 and have done a restart. When I left click on a folder I do not get an option to change folder colour?

The screen grab on the left is from a YouTube video, the one on the right is from my laptop. Any ideas? I don't think it is because the folder I was trying it on was in the cloud as I created a new folder and it did not work with that one either?

Hmmm now updated to Beta 3 and still no option to change folder colour?

try going to finder>settings>tags, and try changing some of those settings...

Oddly enough, neither example in the OP match my menu options when left-clicking a folder...

Opened settings in Finder, renamed some tags and dragged to Favourites et voila!
