OK so got a replacement iPhone 6 today. I turn it on, it goes through the motions with no option to restore from backup, it sets up as new phone. Any ideas?

I think I have solved the issue, I had the phone connected to laptop and iTunes was set to back up to computer so that must have messed it up.
