iPod touch No Option to Set Timer For Ipod Touch To Go To Sleep

Hello. When I click on the clock app to set the timer to put my Ipod Touch to sleep, that option is no longer available. The only selections that it gives me is to buy a ringtone, a list of sounds, and stop playing. Does anyone know how I can retrieve the option or what settings I would need to change in order to get the option back?

When it stops playing, it goes to sleep.
