No Order Confirm e-mail from Apple?

Well i ordered my MBP just a few hours ago, and i still have not received any kind of automated e-mail confirmation from apple. Is this normal?

I didn't get my confirmation email for about 3 hours. As long as your order is visible in your order status section and there are no alerts about your order (They are pretty easy to see in big red type) you should be good to go.

Apple's processing system is probably swamped at the moment
