i know in iOS 8.3 (I think) the option to not require a password for free apps was added. Since installing iOS 9, I've been required to use Touch ID to download free apps. This isn't a huge inconvenience but I was looking for the option to turn this off, and can't find it. Was it taken away with iOS 9 or something?
