No Password Prompt at Startup

Hi Folks,

When I restart or shutdown and turn on my macbook (Leopard 10.5.2) there is no password prompt, even though it is enabled in sys prefs.

Is there an answer already out there? Apologies if this has been tackled already, and links to anything out there would be appreciated.

Make sure you have unchecked the "Automatically Log in as" check box in your User Accounts Login Options.
