"No permissions to read file" at 995 of 996MB

I've been trying to download a file from Apple for a few days because my ISP sucks, and of course it stopped downloading and messed up with 0.001% left. It says "no permissions to read file" now, and when I resume the download it says "Preparing to download" for a few seconds and goes back to the error. Tried restarting my computer and repairing permissions, still doing the same thing. I'm using Safari 4.

Edit: Downloaded the file again from 0MB, it finished (in only one day!) without errors. Balete this thread please.

Could be a corrupt file.... Just a thought

i have the same problem when im trying to download a video from youtube
