No Photo showing on calls

I have photos assigned to a majority of contacts, however the pictures arent showing up on incoming/outgoing calls. Am I missing a setting in the new software.

I did a search and couldn't find an answer.

Anyone know if it's the new software or just the iphone 4 itself?
