Hi,
I was just wondering if nobody wants to post some pictures of the new MacBookPros? There are some people here that already got them... so please let us see what we will have in about 2-3 weeks...
Or are there any photos beside the official apple ones on the net?
Best regards - Christoph

I would post pics but seriously - theres no point. Its identical to my bfs old Powerbook. Just brighter screen.

Physically thats the only difference I've noticed.

thanks for those, interesting how at 50% the ccfl appears brighter than the led at 50%...but the other way round at 100%

I think its great - it means my computer gets darker before going black. So at night if I want to play with my computer in bed while my bf is sleeping I'm less likely to wake him because the LED computer is dimmer.

The bright is brighter and the dark is darker.

wow damn it is different.

haha disregard my previous comment (i edited this one).

I was hoping to switch LCDs.

a random sidenote: The reason why the screen is blurred on the left is so you cant see the pirated movies he downloaded. Someone made a comment I guess and he edited the pictures to includ the blurred icons on his desktop.

As soon as I get mine (more than likely on Monday) I plan on making a full gallery of pictures. It will be my first Mac, so I want to document it well :) . I will show it being un-boxed etc...and I will try to take some decent comparison shots...comparing the LED-lit screen to my Dell 20" Widescreen 2005FPW LCD Monitor.

Be on the look out for my thread when it comes in :) .
