No "Play Next" Option in Music App When Paired with My Car's Uconnect system

This is the only situation in which I've noticed it, but doe anyone else have a similar issue?

I'm assuming you mean on the device itself and not CarPlay? I think this is a documented limitation with accessories connected via USB (like car infotainment systems outside of CarPlay). I believe it's with how metadata is transferred to the accessory.
