No "plugin" option in my safari settings...why??

I went to turn on my plugins option on my iphone, but don't seem to have the option. What gives? Is this a hacked only option?

Mobile Safari doesn't support plug-ins or extensions like the one written for Mac OS X and Windows.

Its there, just go to settings/safari/plugins and you can enable adobe flash player, quicktime, real player, adobe reader, windows media player etc...
