No Plugins Working in Safari!?

All of my Safari plugins basically stopped working. Flash Player items simply don't show up and any media files won't play.

It doesn't even say "missing plugin" or "please install flash player"...

the things simply don't show up.

please, does anyone have any suggestions?

How embarrassing - I'm not sure how it got unchecked, but it did on my machine. I even sent a support email to one of my content providers. I had tried everything (well, except for looking at the prefs pane) to no avail. What a moron I am.

Checkboxes have a nasty habit of suddenly becoming unchecked in OS X. You're not the first person to encounter the dreaded Safari one.
