No preorder for 16 inch MBP in Singapore?!?

Aww come on. It looks like the 16in MBP isn't available in SG for order yet (despite being closer to the manufacturing / shipping site and also slightly more expensive, even after taxes are added in the US).

Is this true in other non-US places also? I checked the US site and no problem...
