No ratings for apps in the appstore?

When I go to the categories section in the app store and pick social networking for example Facebook it says no ratings for it even when I open it 0 ratings but when I go to search and type Facebook in it shows the star ratings and how many people have rated it but when I open it still it says 0 ratings.. It is also happening with other apps..

Is this some kind of glitch or something?

It's not happening for me right now, but I have had it happen recently. It does away after a bit. Nothing really can be done - something on Apple's end.

I've been seeing the same thing on my iPhone 4 today. I hope it will go back to normal soon!
