No reception after Jailbreak

I'm using AT&T. I can't unlock since my baseband is too high from upgrading to IOS4
I want to sell my iPhone 3G at 3.1.3 jailbroken
I successfully jailbroke with pwnagetool but I don't get reception with my at&t sim.

I had a similar problem one time. Just restore the iPhone again with the modified ipsw.
