I have Early 2011 Macbook Pro 15" trying to upgrade to Catalina using DosDude's method. Catalina seemed to have been installed. I am at the end trying to turn off dedicated GPU, but I cannot reboot into Recovery Mode to turn off CSRUTIL so I can install Dosdude program to turn off the GPU.

After installation of Catalina, I was able to Command S and typing in NVRAM fa4ce..... (commands provided by DosDude). Right here I am suppose to go Recovery mode and do the CSRUTIL thing. Instead of recovery mode, I am facing an eternal gray screen.

Am I missing something? Please advice. Thanks.

PS: My MacBook with Catalina is boiling hot after installation. I am hoping that nothing is wrong at the moment :)
