God I hope it is a sign, i want to buy. I was mad about leopard, but new hardware is more desired than new software.

they store doesn't get refreshed everyday with stock.

No it's not a sign.. It's just the way it is. MBPs go quick.. especially the 15in models. It took me nearly a month to catch the one with the specs i wanted. Often times they would update and have 7-8 computers and they would all be gone within an hour.

Yesterday they had all the MBP models available. I just happened to browse by and notice.

shop early!

i just got a 15" C2D 2.16 model a week ago. i was noticing the same thing, so out of frustration i began visiting every few hours to figure out when they re-stocked them. your best bet is to visit early, between 6-8AM. they often have a full stable at this time.

love my machine, by the way. great deal for $1599. good luck.

rarely - if ever - restocked on the weekends OR MOndays.

Check early tuesday morning.

Yeah, they get refreshed every Tuesday morning. I usually see them about 7 or 8 AM Eastern time.

very early tuesday morning. like 2am pacific early. i'm planning to get a refurb soon, so i guess it's a good thing i stay up late.
