HomeKit No Reponse on home app for AW4.

When my AW is connected to my iPhone via BT and I go to the home app on the watch I get red letters "no response" for my apple tv and homepods. When I turn off BT on my phone and use LTE the items on my home app on the AW work fine. Any ideas on what causing this?
