No ringtones after 4.0

After I upgraded to 4.0 (pwnage 4.01) I have lost all my ringtones. They are still in iTunes, but will not sync. I get an error message that it cannot sync as a duplicate file name exists. Any body else having this? Is it a 4.0 bug or a Pwnage 4.01 bug?

Problem solved. It was due to a previous iToner installation. The iTonerSupport.bundle was still in the iTunes plugin folder. Deleting this file and restarting iTunes allowed a proper sync and ringtones reappeared.
