I can't get any Flash to show up with Safari after installing Lion. Flash works fine with Chrome, but with Safari it says I need to download Flash player, which I obviously already have since it works in Chrome.

No, flash was not included in Lion and needs to be downloaded separately. Flash is part of Chrome, so it will still need to be downloaded to be used in Safari. Adobe has also found out that issues exist as Lion has disabled hardware acceleration.

Your welcome. I knew about the Chrome inclusion, but just read today on another site about the Adobe Hardware acceleration issue discovered and announced yesterday, and the lack of flash (and Java) inclusion within Lion. Both will need to be downloaded separately.
