No servers? what gives

my computer shows no servers for a few games, like fear 2 and the shattered horizon free weekend thing. any ideas why? i'm using windows 7 64 bit on my mbp and i turned my firewall off completely to see if that would fix anything. any help would be appreciated!

I tried Shattered Horizon earlier – it was fine for me. Doesn't have a whole lot of servers but they're there. I don't have Fear 2.

hmm. i tried shattered horizons again and now it shows me servers, but it does disconnects after 15 seconds of loading them.
