No service affter restoring to cw 3.1.3

I plan to sell my 3gs tomorrow unlocked, so I did the erase all data and content setting and restored to a cw 3.1.3 since i did not have my SHSH files saved. The restore went smoothly but I do not have a signal. Will reloading my baseband or going ahead and installing blacksn0w fix this?

Edit: Installing Blacksn0w RC2 Final from cydia.pushfix.info gave my signal back as well as unlocked it successfully.
