no service and says connect to i tunes

hi every one i am new at iphones i am from egypt my iphone allready unlocked but not jailbracked but recntly it shows (no service) and when i connect it to itunes it says that i tunes cant activate my iphone becouse the sim card is not inserted (but it's allready inserted) anyone can tell me what to do
