No service on the iPhone 5

I'm upgrading from the 4S.

I've set up the 5 as a new device, I've restored it from a backup of the 4S, and every time I'm getting No Service.

Anyone else having a similar issue?

AT&T, I'm suuming, is backlogged with SIM switching requests. I have a 4S with no service at the moment. Once you are up and running call them and I'm sure they will comp you something for the inconvenience.

Might be something more. 16 hours later and I still don't have service.

You have to click settings, phone, then add your number. That's what fixed mine.
