No signal. Big problem

Hey everyone. I have a problem with my iPhone 4 16G black. It's currently run IOS 5..0.1 and is BB 04.12.01. The phone is usually unlock( I got it from a guy he was selling them really cheap brand new in the box. I got the iPhone and I went back home to turn it on. I put the sim in the phone from my iPhone 4s but it didn't work. The carrier name has shown up but there is no signal. I can't make calls or send massages or receive. I have try with restore, ultrasnow, gevey sim, reset the network and also everything, airplayn mode on and off, reboo, bumper, different sim cards but nothing works. Any idea how can I fix this. I rally want to fix it but nothing comes on my mind. I'm really sad and angry because I gave money for the phone and now I can't use it properly. Thanks in advance
