So I installed Windows 7 on my 2.33ghz Intel Core Duo MBP. It detected all my hardware even the sound card, but I get no sounds out of my speakers. I've googled the issue and updated to the latest Realtek drivers but still no comes out. Is there a fix for this?

im having same problem here. After installing windows 7 on my macbook. The audio driver is installed but still no sound. When i play music it will read as if its playing but yet no sound. But the other partition carry mac osx is palying sound. Pls help

Have you downloaded the latest Boot Camp update from http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp ? You could also just run Apple Software Update while booted in Windows, that will ensure you don't waste time or bandwidth selecting the wrong update for download/install.
