All sound has suddenly stopped working for me. All settings are correct and I've rebooted the phone and watch a few times. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
Just to be sure, check the Apple Watch App under Sound & Haptics (mute setting), as well as swiping up on the watch and all the way to the left most "glance" to make sure the watch isn't muted there either.

I know you said you checked the settings, but not sure if you checked the watch and the phone.
 
Yes I've checked both. can't hear any sound if I phone someone, but they can hear me so the microphone is working.
 
I guess so, it's definitely not user error and a reboot can't fix it so i can't see any other option.
 
I'm afraid mine might be in the same situation - I muted it earlier and then tones never came back when I took it off mute. Rebooting now.

If that fails I'm going to try a factory reset on it before contacting Apple.

Edit: Nevermind, a reboot fixed mine. I'd still suggest you try a factory reset. :(
