I have a strange problem. When I try to make a phone call the regular phone speaker has no sound coming from it. When I put it on speaker phone it cuts in & out heavily...I can't make out a word they are saying. I'm told I can't be heard either. Speaker works fine when I play youtube videos or music.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the noise cancellation microphone, but I could be way off. Hoping it's software related. I'm up to date with the latest update on iOS 9. I'm not sure if that's when the problem began or not as I rarely use my phone as a phone.
I'll be backing up and trying to reset network setting before setting up as a new phone and then restoring. If none of that works I'll be heading to the Apple Store, unless someone here has any ideas.
I did a search for similar problems, but haven't found anything yet.
[doublepost=1453860071][/doublepost]Well, after my backup finished, I reset my settings and that seems to have solved whatever the problem was. Now I just have to re-enter all my information & change my settings and cross my fingers that it doesn't happen again.
Case closed. I really didn't think it was going to be that easy.
