I have the Nike+ model. For the first week, whenever I used the Nike+ app, I would get voice alerts ("pausing workout," "resuming workout," "workout completed," etc.) just as I normally get on my iPhone.

However, a few days ago, those voice announcements stopped working on the watch. My watch sound preferences aren't muted, and I can hear the chimes and alerting me to notifications and whatnot.

I can't find any setting in the Nike+ app on either the phone or watch, nor in the settings for the phone or watch, that would be stopping the voice alerts.

Anyone have an idea what might be going on here?

Have you rebooted your watch?

I've had the Breathe app quit providing haptic feedback. Rebooted watch. Fixed.

Yeah, I had already tried that. Didn't fix the problem.

I'm wondering if the pairing of my watch with my iPhone 5s might be the problem. It seems like the NRC app has real trouble on the 5s.
