No sound imac g5

Hey, I don't have sound on imac g5 with built-in speakers. On external-hooked speakers it sounds. What's the problem?

not really enough info here.

Remember that last thing you did before it stopped, changed any sound settings etc.
 
It's imac 17 g5 1.8ghz with 5200 graphics.
I bought it used. Built-in speakers didn't work. I haven't changed any settings- there is clean install.
