Hello,
just got an iPhone 3gs replacement. I have no sound? When I go into the iPod my phone won't let me play a song? I have tried a hard reset but that didn't work? I have no sound keyboard clicks phone calls unlock etc. I don't have my headphones with me, I have heard about plugging and unplugging the headphones? I wonder why I can't play a song in the iPod app?

There is a volume bar, I have tried turning the volume up and down but I can't play a song, my iPod control when I go to hit the play button just breifly goes to pause and then right back to play again? I have no sound at all, I tried plugging in the earphones and then unplugging them I have also tried just leaving them plugged in? I have also tried playing a YouTube video same thing happens?

Has your phone been exposed to excessive moisture or dropped in the toilet?

If not I suggest you take it to Apple because it's defective.
