No Sound on hardly anything at all!

This morning I install Sierra but now I have no sound on hardly anything! The boot up sound is there, whenever I send off a survey in the feedback assistant the sound is there - but Safari, Chrome & Spotify etc have nothing at all!

Any thoughts?

Have you checked your Sound Output in System Preferences? Is it set to anything other than internal speakers? I used AirPlay after installing the beta, and when I switched back to internal, everything switched except sound effects which were still set to the AirPlay speaker. Perhaps something similar happened in your case?
