Hi guys,

Just upgraded my late 2012 iMac to Mavericks and i am having an issue with sound. When i goto the iHeartRadio web page i get no sound, everything look the same as before upgrade but there just is no sound. It worked fine before upgrade and sound works fine for everything else.

Any advice please?

Nick.

Nikko,

Apologies that this occurred. We are working with Apple to get this corrected in a future release. In the meantime we wanted to provide you with a couple of workarounds that have worked for others.

Go to:

Safari > Preferences > Advanced and unchecking ‘Stop plug-ins to save power.’

Another option would be to use another browser other than Safari (Chrome, Firefox, etc).

While I have you, what is your favorite Station to listen to on iHeartRadio?

Hi thanks for the reply, i will try the workarounds when i come home from work. My fave radio station is Gold 104.3 which is a Melbourne based station (i am a child of the 70's/80's).

I have also a few custom stations based on bands from the 70's/80's.
