No sound on Unibody MBP

Trying to help a friend out. We put Windows 7 on his brand new unibody Macbook Pro 15" and everything seems to work except for the sound. No luck there. Tried running the realtek drivers in legacy mode from the Leopard disk with no results.

Anyone experienced this (and fixed it?)
