No Sound Output Devices Found

Occasionally after booting back into OS X from bootcamp (windows 7 home premium), I will not have any audio output devices. If I restart OS X again they return, anyone have any ideas what maybe happening here? This is on a 09 MP...

I have the same problem. Resetting the PRAM fixes it, but I"m not sure what causes it.

Do you have to reset the PRAM every time you boot from bootcamp back into OS X, or just once?
