I've exported a few mpegs now, two episodes of Ali G. and some other stuff using QuickTime to iPod Video. The videos show up fine on my iPod and in iTunes but there is no audio. Any ideas?
The file is muxed, the audio and video are on the same track. QuickTime only sees a video track and an audio track and since there both on the same Qt only grabs the video, I suggest looking for other apps to convert the video their might be one that supports muxed videos. If it's just one video you can send it to me (Benjamindaines @ gmail . com) and I'll un-mux it as soon as I can.
Thanks for the offer Benjamin, I am a Benjamin too. Unfortunately it's a lot of videos so I don't want to get in your way. Do you know of any converters that I could use?
I found a program called iSquint that is an iPod video converter for Mac and it works great! It's much faster than QuickTime and the audio works perfectly now.
