No sound when receiving email or notifications?

I just noticed that when I get new email or notifications it seems to vibrate but there's no sound? There's a sound set up though, but it doesn't. No keyboard clicks, etc either, but it was working when I first got it!

Vibrate is off.

Weirdly enough, restarting the phone fixed it. Anyone else experienced this?
