No Storage

If 1000 MB equals one GB, and I have used less than 3000 MB, how on earth do I keep getting a "full storage" alert?! I'm losing my mind.

I have tried deleting all apps, messages, voicemails, etc. and I keep running into this. Is my phone just a goner?

It's probably not that your iPhone is out of storage, it is probably your iCloud storage. If you go to: Settings, then iCloud, then Storage it should tell you how much storage is available. Apple provides 5GB of free space.
