No Store in iTunes

One thing to check is the cookies in Safari they need to be enabled otherwise the store doesn't work at all.
Not at this time. Those usually come out later in the development cycle once the major bugs in the OS itself have been ironed out for the most part.
Store works for me. But the store button is unclickable in fullscreen, so is the connected device button.
I had the same problem. I believe what fixed it for me was signing out using the Store menu, then quitting and re-opening iTunes.
Edit: It worked for me until I restarted iTunes again. Hopefully this one launch workaround helps you until they get an update out or someone else has a permanent fix.

Is this on a standard residential connection, or a corporate one? We get the same behaviour at work as iTunes doesn't respect proxy settings.
Store works, but still pre Yosemite traffic light buttons

Some have the "blank" Store problem and some don't. I have had it on both builds.
iTunes 12 is in the works and likely a gigantic overall (with the new icon
) so I wouldn't expect 11 to be updated to the Yosemite interface.
