Just got my new Air 2020 and installed iStats Menus from the App Store (not stand alone app).
I had it installed on my old 2013, and I had to install the additional help app for all the sensors.
So I did this on my new Air but I still don't see any sensors!

Are sensors for fans not supported on this machine because it's so new?
If they should be there, what can I do to get them re installed and displayed?

I tried re installing the iStat Menus app from the app store, but still had no luck.

I'll be pretty pissed if I have to purchase it from the website (non app store version) just to get the sensors...

The developer has to add support for the sensors. They’re currently working on it:

ok so I guess I'll wait for the update. BUT, looking at all the reviews online it seems as though others who were reviewing the Air 2020 had iStats working with the sensors! Maybe I'm wrong, and they were using a different app.

They were using different apps. Some were using Intel Power Gadget, some use TG Pro. Turbo Boost Switcher Pro is another that currently shows temperature.

I wrote them an email and they sent me a link for a beta version which does work
