I've had an Apple Watch for about 2 weeks now and it's been great. I have noticed that I don't get a temperature reading. When I go to the wrist temperature section of the health app, it says it needs to collect data for about 5 nights. I've had the watch for 2 weeks and wear it every night. Sleep tracking is on, wrist temperature is enabled in privacy. I'm not sure what else needs to happen. I know it's not the most useful metric, but regardless, it should work.

Any ideas?

I had the same issue. THINK the resolution was turning on focus time during sleep. Apple has an article about sleep tracking - I had everything on but that.
