No text sound

I was changing my text tone last night and the sound came our very low. I had the volume turned up all the way. I tried changing the ringtone and that played just fine. After a reboot the text tone is working fine. Has anyone experienced this or is it just a fluke?

Experienced what? You're phone is working normally.

Yes after a reboot it is working. But before that my text tones were barely audible while ringtones were coming through loud and clear. I'm asking if anyone has experienced that scenario.
