Just purchased my iPhone 4 and restored from backup. Everything seemed to restore ok (notes, Calendar, contacts etc) except for text messages. Is there something I need to do in order for texts to be restored? I already did a restore a second time and no different. Called AppleCare and they don't really know either. Texts are still on my old iPhone 3G. My husband got a new iPhone 4 and his transferred over just fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
