No time change with modular watch face?

Last couple of times when traveling to from DC to Chicago my modular watch face is not automatically adjusting to central time or back one hour. No problems with the simple watch face, that reflects the change just fine. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Only thing I can think of... on your iPhone’s Date & Time settings. At this time, there are no separate “Set Automatically” Time Zone option on the watch.
